A man was walking from deep into the darkness of night and being on a very dark path. He was a figure clad in black and the night and the darkness enveloped him eternally. Darkness was all around him and he could perceive nothing but its blackness and a hopeless everlasting despair. Thus he wondered on this grim and silent and dark path for many ages of his existence; until after ages untold he saw a glimmer of the light. The figure wondered closer to its powerful attraction and it exploded into a bright beckoning light. The blind man could see; and all he saw was the radiance and perfection of the light beckoning and pulling him ever closer into eternal bliss. Soon he was walking on a beam as gold as sunshine and as pure as diamond. The light became stronger and stronger, increasing in magnitude all the time, until he became one with light, and he had reached Nirvana. The light shines in the darkness; and the darkness shall never comprehend it. True light from true light; may this grace shine on eternally.
