Truth is a Relative

Truth has become
Needlessly elastic;
Elastic truth
Most likely to break
Rather than suddenly
Violently spring back.
Truth is a relative;
Drunk
Red faced
And holding a weapon.
Black and white
Becoming
Sludgy
Colourless grey.
Unconscious cells
Multiplying
Naturally;
Unnaturally
The one who would incubate
Is playing deity;
Mother love
Optional
Or an outrageous suggestion.
This stream
Of constant lies
Has poisoned the wells
And potential life-givers
Life nurturers
Have imbibed the Kool-aid
Of unreason.
When we awake
Let grace
Flow abundantly.
Meanwhile;
The instigators
The co-creators
Can’t be seen for dust
As horizons merge.

Truth mauled, distorted, but
Truth mauled, distorted, but can't be destroyed, precious when found. Rhiannon
