I agree with Di when she said: 'I love the rich variety you evoke, and their ENTHUSIASM.' It sums up my feelings too, but I couldn't have put it any better myself.
Love the wildness of this poem and those gorgeous...
A powerful message of hope in this perceptively drawn story Paul. I like the way you handle his logic thoughts about the salesman, yet surprises himself by actually paying for the glasses.
I know I always harp back to the American Indians when thinking of the drums, but the people are such a gentle nation of humans that for some reason leave me emotional with happy tears. I only have to hear one of the elders...

I found this poem so moving and a personal reminder of the gradual fading of ones memory in old age, not so much of the past, but of the here and now.
