Heaven

from the ABC set Poetry

Heaven can occour in the stranges of places.
In the gutter, under a bus stop,
in the puring rain,
down some dingy back ally,
or even in the comfort of ones own home.
Heaven is a personal thing
who can determin heaven?
Its what we want our idea of paradise.
What we want.
No one elses fickel needs
need occupie our heavens.
My Heaven is with the one i love.
In somewhere where no one knows us
no one can judge,
and no one can take what we have away.
A soft kiss,
a lustful breath,
and the tight embrace.
But heaven is everything,
no one can steal your heaven
and if anyone tries;
tell them to bugger off,
and get their own.

Nice poem and I like the touch of humour at the end.

A very nice sentiment, I especially like these lines
"Heaven can occur in the strangest of places.
In the gutter, under a bus stop,
in the pouring rain,"
