I am flowing through you,
I fill you up
and you let me out
keeping a rhythm as I go,
sometimes you have to catch me
other times just hold me in,
occasionally I am thin
but mostly I flow strong and fast,
I'm in your blood,
I'm in the sky.
I am the air in your lungs

I read both of the versions. Personally I prefere this version, I really like the imagery. A big well done from me :)
