My Prophecy

Bouyant fantasies, she cried, he pleased
Nothing short of heavenly, took the mood to all degrees
Mannerisms, shocking thoughts
Illegal breachment, pure cut short
Blissful thinking, wishes sinking
Reminders of an age of feeling
Black turns white, brings forth the light
A new day is here, ignored the fears
Something worng - last night occurred
Inside her, different beings spurred
Looking to her love, trust distortion
Had he pushedforbidden borders?
Clouds seemed to move, her tears don't sooth
He looked upon her heavily
Some thing surreal, minds should reel
Locked within a sacred seal
Suspicions rising, smile depriving
He couldn't fall for her thin facade
Hatred burning, horns held high
Deafening features, broken sky
Thoughs so forceful - raise the stakes
Sinister daring beyond mistakes
Approached her slowly, with glinting smirk
He dragged her pride back through the dirt
Cry against him, penetrate the mortal sin
Foundations flaking, a marriage shaking...
'twas your own fault' he said to her
'to sleep with him, how could you dare?'
Clouds seemed to move, her tears don't sooth
He looked upon her heavily
Some thing surreal, minds should reel
Locked within a sacred seal
She couldn't explain - though trying in vain
He wouldn't listen to reason: she'd commited high treason
One way or another, she now was a mother
Evolving into a nightmare, she didn't know how
And him, so intent, to prove her wrong now
That night she lay in sleep, back out in the yard
He'd beaten her sideways with sticks - came so hard
Another dream visited, this time she saw face
Winged, white, beautiful - dressed in pearly lace
He whispered so softly, she barely could hear
But what he said was impossible, his meaning unclear
Somebody almighty had chosen her form
And in her right now was someone breathing, so warm
More graceful than most, he swept from her path
And she awoke all alone to face her love's wrath
Again, he dismissed it as nout but a lie
He cursed her befallen life and wished her to die
Clouds seemed to move, her tears don't sooth
He looked upon her heavily
Some thing surreal, minds should reel
Locked within a sacred seal
Nobody believed her, her townsfolk all grieved her
An end of an era, a deathwish of love
To mess with the devil, they warned, bought up trouble
So she slept alone, alone with her double
Kicking and squirming and bringing forth blood
No comforting arms, just beatings and mud
A happening to celebrate, she'd now become to start to hate
It lost her all she ever had, fraying, swaying
In the cold
This is the story of God's greatest gift
That never found ways to be told.
