One moment ago-
I was flying with the doves
when you entered into my life,
your momentary glare installed
some life back into me and your
fiery temper beckoned all of my
energy.
One moment ago-
heaven and hell interlocked into an
obscure painting which I choose to
ignore, your curling hair fell around
your face and framed your twinkling
deep brown eyes and our hands linked
eternally.
One moment ago-
the grassland made friends with our
feet and the horses ran fast enough to
reunite our spirits. The tapping on the
windows ceased and you followed me
across the moors in my red dress.
One moment ago-
I forgot that I was dead and welcomed
you into my bed, the coffin in the ground.
With our love, still, very much alive.

Really great poem Beeme, I can see the inspiration from Wuthering Heights has brought out another great poem from you. "One moment ago-
I forgot that I was dead and welcomed
you into my bed, the coffin in the ground.
With our love, still, very much alive" i pictured the part in Wuthering Heights where this happens.
Really loved the poem kept up the good work my friend :)

This poem is a true romance - no wonder... it was inspired by 'Wuthering Heights'. I really enjoyed it, particularly the last stanza. Wonderful. Well done.
Nathan.
