How to Legally Lower America's Debt

Step 1: OPEN THE BORDERS WIDE OPEN.
But not to everyone, just people from China. The reasoning will be explained later on. But America needs to start by opening up Angel Island again and just letting any and every Chinese person come to America no questions asked. Unfortunately though we’re gonna have to coax them to coming over, cause hell what can we do? Tell them America’s better than China? Bullshit just look at any economic chart CHINA OWNS AMERICA. So this is what we do, we simply tell them that if they come to America we’ll let them have as many kids as they want. Quality of life is what’s most important to them, and who are we to deny them that?
Now, a big problem with immigration is that immigrants come over and take jobs from people who are already in the country, thus not helping the already horrible unemployment rate (at the time of writing being 9.1%.) Well, here’s the solution to this dilemma with the Chinese immigrants coming over: we bring them over on a specific visa.
Many immigrants come over on different visas consisting of religious visas, education visas, keno visas (which I just made up) among others. So we make another type of visa specifically for them, a very specific and no-exceptions allowed visa….

Step 2: LEGALIZE PROSTITUTION. EVERYWHERE.
If you go to Las Vegas and look in their phone book, you’ll find page after page after page of prostitution ads, this is because it is legal in Nevada. Rhode Island even has a state law stating that you are allowed to partake in prostitution as long as it is done indoors where they can’t be seen (and after spending some quality time in Rhode Island….I fully support that aspect of the law). But in all other states, it is illegal. Prostitution is a topic of state interest, not national interest. Nationally, it’s completely legal. So if the national government wanted too, they could pass a law legalizing prostitution in all states.
This wouldn’t infringe on state’s rights either, for two reasons. First, national government always triumphs over state government. So if Congress passes a law, the states have to follow it no matter what their state law is. Second, this law wouldn’t add to government control, in fact, it would take away government regulation and give the people more freedom (to have sex for money and drugs). Now this is where the visas given to the Chinese immigrants come into play.

Step 3: CHINESE PROSTITUTION VISAS.
Statistically, Chinese women are the most likely to “put out” (as in have sex). When you really get down to statistics, most well-to-do people aren’t about to sell their bodies (and vaginas) for money, so by giving Chinese immigrants visas for prostitution, we are able to bring in many immigrants without negatively affecting the unemployment rate. In fact, it will open up many jobs for the Americans who were already here and possibly lower the unemployment rate. This alone will help boost the economy, but we can go even farther than this.

Step 4: WELL IF WE DID IT WITH GM……
Have government takeover the prostitution and pornography ring. If you look at any chart, you’ll see that due to the recession the United States is in, many businesses and industries have taken a negative hit in business. Just look at GM; it was about to go bankrupt when the government took it over and started regulating and controlling it in an attempt to save it from going out of business. But there is one business that is still booming and blossoming even with the economy as bad as it is: and that is the pornography business. People will still pay big money to purchase pornography and prostitutes even with the recession, as it fulfills a basic biological (sex) need that is of higher importance than even safety or acceptance or financial wealth. So while it truly is not needed to live, it is wired in the human brain as an evolutionary need for survival so while we may not be consciously aware of this so called “need,” we are influenced by it and therefore feel impulse to buy prostitutes and pornographic material to satisfy our need.
So we’ll have the government take over the pornography business and the newly established prostitution business. This way we can tax prostitution and pornography and make it so that roughly 35 percent of the profits go to the government (with the annual total sales of pornographic movies alone being anywhere between 10-14 billion dollars, it really won’t be much of a hit at all). This will result in a minimum annual gross profit of 3.5 billion dollars, add this to all other forms of pornography (such as magazines) and prostitution, we are looking at a huge figure EVERY YEAR going to help pay off the national debt.

Step 5: IS THIS ENOUGH?
Obviously we’ll have to do more than the above proposal to reduce the debt. When America is looking at a 14 trillion dollar debt even 50 billion dollars a year is not going to be much help without taking other measures such as cutting government spending. It is a step in the right direction and it will stimulate the economy and help drive down the debt, but in the end, one proposal will never be the “end all.”
