Dear Mr L. Pig III,

You will be aware of the unfortunate accidents when our bailiff called at your brothers’ homes in pursuance of the debt owed to Strohgold Bank Ltd (proprietor Mr R. Stiltskin). Although the demolition of the property was total, the fact remains that Strohgold retains a lien on the properties following:

Forest Lane
Holm

&

WoodHouse
Forest Lane
Holm.

You, as guarantor for the mortgages on the said properties, are now liable for the outstanding debt. Strohgold has been in touch with you several times regarding reaching a satisfactory resolution to this matter and has now placed the recovery of the debt in our hands. Mr Stiltskin also informs us that a repossession order has been filed. In the meantime our bailiff Mr B.B. Wolf will call at your residence shortly to seize assets in defrayment of the outstanding mortgage payments on your late brothers' residences. We have instructed Mr Wolf to employ his full powers in the law to ensure access to your residence, up to and including inhalation, exhalation and demolition thereby.

Be under no illusion, Lupine Debt Recovery will not hesitate to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
