Embrace

from the ABC set Reflections

I watch the sun
setting over an open heart,
hanging hazily in the sky.
The palms of my hands
sway back and forth
in the warmth,
rearranging thoughts
and sweeping feelings
through the rapids of my mind.
You are here
in the twilight;
a twisting silhouette;
You open and close,
like a beautiful flower
in a warm tropical storm.
Back and forth,
unrelenting in your pleasure,
grown of desire
by delicate caress...
Writhing...
In anticipation,
I hold you in my arms
and see your stars...
Locked as one,
we sense the crashing wave
and in the foamy white waters
of your moment
I hold my hand against your soul,
as we release from the dream...
Inwardly we fall,
Outwardly gasping...
Grasping at the edges of reality...
Softly entwined;
Free falling in love;
Vines among the weeds;
Raging rivers , calmly calling,
 to a sea of sanctuary...
Gently we kiss the moisture
from each other's face
and embrace
the sweet taste of happiness
in the tranquility
of a fingertip...

This is extremely beautiful, Firebird.

Love these lines;
'You are here
in the twilight;
a twisting silhouette;
You open and close,
like a beautiful flower
in a warm tropical storm.'
