In what dream did your insect
whisperings become the divine
prompting of the supreme?
When did your otherness give you
sympathy, wisdom
You think you understand by
Standing apart
By observation
My feathered friend, your vision is pale reflection
No more
Until you have stood here
and felt the beating of my heart

Why start with a question mark and then forgo the rest of the end-of-line punctuation?
Would benefit from proper punctuation, some great imagery!

Hmm, tricky one. Missing the second question mark was a typo, but never sure about full stops in a poem, when I tend to think the line breaks provide the equivalent to ouncuation.
Thanks for the comment.
