Enchanted Garden

from the ABC set Gothic Poems

ENCHANTED GARDEN

Enchanted garden, make-believe

Of myths and runes, and scarlet deeds.

How bitter sweet the fruit, the sin.

The wheel of fortune, spun and spins.

We spoil our souls with evil seeds,

Of Tree of Life that broke our minds.

The ancient knowledge left behind

And all the sinful thoughts like greed,

And envy, lust and laziness,

The list completing of excess.

The initiative paths will lead

To dreams of death and fears within.

The resurrection of ourselves,

Entangled bodies, passion dwells

In orgiastic seasons. Deep and green

the Enchanted Garden blooms in spring.

Lets chant the praise of Paradise,

Desires spread before our eyes.
