Boredom

It's sucked up through your earlobes
Then it spirals through your brain
And there it grows like ruddy dandelions
In a field of rough terrain
Wangling round your inner thoughts
Turning them to glue
Clogging trend and passion
Shutting down the new
Perceive and heed of anything
Slowly starts to wane
Even chocolate covered cookies
Begin to taste a little plain
Designed by man's imagination
So you appreciate routine
It siphons out creative thought
In attempt to keep reflection keen
My keypads worn with false-starts
Half an E.O.S and N
I have a personal paper mountain
And I'm running out of pen
My lexicon is landfill
My thesaurus lies in shreds
My mind is on vaccation
As I mow the sea of yellow-mocking heads
Fading for a second
As energetic slips to mind
Their resonating caustic sman's
As I suffer whitewash blind
I need to egg a politician
Be dipped in chocolate by the hour
Assemble the satanic
Perchance evoke an undead superpower
Overriden by the weed infested
Regions of my mind
There verdant force
And fertile nature
Have creative thought inclined
Disillusion is a squatter and
She's pitching up her tent
Off to mow the wild expanses
Obtain a psyche chimney
And unleash the backlogged vent
