They call it CHASING THE DRAGON.
The curly white smoke rising from the scrap of foil.
They say They're chasing the dragon, but
It looks as though They're the one's running.
The dragon always takes prisoners,
It isn't running,
Therefore it need not be chased,
But it is.
No one escapes unscathed from the dragon's clutches,
Many don't even escape,
But are lost,
Never to be found.
The dragon breathes it's fire on life;
Drains it,
Leaves a shell of skin,
A reminder of what once was,but
Now is lost in an oblivion of
No feeling.
The dragon is chasing them,
Sucking them up though there is no smoke.
