Love is a fountain of holy water and poison
When you take your first drink, it brings you to life
When you drink too much, your end is nigh
Love is a sacrificial cow
You milk her and drink the sweet milk of her udder
You protect and guard her from the hands of another
Love is the great oak tree
Which one rubbed oneself against
For warmth when the winter commenced
Love is a hungry sea
And we are the rivers that feed it
With the pollution that spills from our very spirits
Love is the bright torch
Which guides us to higher paths
It carries us and heals the dents in our hearts
L O V E
is
Life's
Obsession and
Vessel to the
End.
