Oh to have the life of a cat ,
To leap around from this and that ,
To find a place no one has been ,
to see some things no one has seen ,
to find somewhere out of the way
where I could lie around all day .
Oh to have the life of a cat ,
to claw a post or scratch the mat ,
to prowl here there and everywhere ,
to lick my paws and groom my fur ,
to sit by the fire day and night ,
where no one asks if am I right .
Oh to have the life of a cat ,
To feel a gentle loving pat ,
to know how much somebody cares ,
to perfect all my meows and purrs ,
to push up next to those I love
where I’m not told to just push off . .
.
Oh to have the life of a cat
To slip in and out of my flap ,
To know that I won’t be locked out ,
To check what lies around about
To climb up trees with catlike style ,
Where no one sees my cheesy smile .

true to life but some cat's not
always treated right
Love verse;
Oh!to have the life of a cat,

Cats she met so many different
kinds, also showe disabled people
soft fur and stroke helps them healing
and to touch,but some cats inter bred
is that right ie; heads, long bodies
short legs no fur. I didn't like.
what I mean is costs money to get stories,songs,poems
published.doesn't it only those who can afford it do.

What you have said is the truth all right .
It takes money to publish anything, unless you have someone who believes in what you're doing that they will pay the cost to see your work in print or on CD .
I'm convinced there are two kinds of people in those world. Those who create poetry , song and other works of art and those who make money from it .
For real artists there never seems any justice ,
but if I was doing this for money , you know what ,I would have give up many years ago .

what I thought too. Although hubby did
pay for me years back, have 3 month roughly singing
lessons, so I could find out why my belated

Big "Green Eyes" "jAZZ" Cat" beaded and big white nose
and whiskers stares at me bit tight.
Knowing daughter she got as reminded her of my or me poem done "Green Eyes." I open door , even if not well, he is sitting on the wall, neighbour's cat.Very intelligent, soon as I swept up he ran in, I got out by calling him
by his name he he went quick door ajar.
