The Final Blow
I didn’t want to leave and you should know that believed in love and what was said but you gave back everything that you ever promised and left me abandoned , and betrayed .
The final blow is when you know that I can be free as a bird to fly away from you .
You made it clear to me you didn’t love me and left my heart in pieces on the floor So I picked myself up and shook myself down and walked away with nothing from the door .
The cruel thing is that I didn’t know and I trusted in the promises we ‘d made and final blow hit me when you smiled and said goodbye , its over , our love is dead
But like a phoenix rising from the ashes
I saw the sky above me and I was free .
And freedom was waiting for someone me .
