A Classroom Dream

A glance here
A touch there
Whispers aforesaid
Notes exchanged
Buzzing of gadgets
Monotonous whizzing
Keypads; touchscreens
An electronic frenzy
The poor woman
Standing at the front
Utterly failing
To exercise control
She's laughing
Her hair whipping
Everywhere
Onto my face
The strawberry scent
Wafting everywhere
I recall the overpowering urge
To whisk her away
The quiet bedroom
Our bodies pressing together
Clothes discarded
A medley of dreams
Mind thudding
Heart lusting
Herl speaking
Me fainting
Come back
Pleas unheard
Or pleas ignored
Words bumping
I am forgetting
Why I desired;
It's her pain
Running in my veins
Back in the classroom
The illusion ends
As we extract our pens
For maths
