Apples of delight

Your cleavage loomed from twenty miles away.
A pair of puppies straining at the leash
Appearing like they soon might go astray.
My search beams focused straight, I rushed my pace.
Unfettered tide of blood that coursed my veins
Did not permit my mind to ponder straight.
Unbridled lust had gripped my reason's reins
And led me lame to hell's alluring gate.
My mouth was dry as one consumed with thirst.
And now you draw much closer still I see
A vision of delight, a work of art.
A spell by dangling pair of apples cast
Has turned my mind to dreams that cannot be.
A flood that seeks to drown my wretched heart
