(Chorus)
It's not about class, colour or places.
Lets get around, and see different spaces.
Put a smile on those distant faces.
Don't go being, blasphemous and racist.
It's time that we realise.
We've got to let out friendly vibes.
It's time that we realise.
The truth must be told, to recognise.
I'm tired of these derogatory words.
You know as well as I do, it's absurd.
(Chorus)
It's not about class, colour or places.
Lets get around, and see different spaces.
Put a smile on those distant faces.
Don't go being, blasphemous and racist.
Obedience and courage,
For a higher purpose in your life.
Conscious of the knowledge,
That exists to make you wise.
Silence and devotion, we must learn.
Respect and honour, we must earn.
We must change our ways,
And make a better turn.
(Chorus)
It's not about class, colour or places.
Lets get around, and see different spaces.
Put a smile on those distant faces.
Don't go being, blasphemous and racist.

Nice message. How good would it be if this song could be sang in every assembly, in every school, in every country? I'm not sure blasphemy is one of the great sins of the world. I can be quite guilty of that one myself, I'm afraid. But racism, yes, anything that can improve the way people see each other is okay by me. Found some of the rhyming a bit bulky and cumbersome but liked what you were saying. Nice one.

Thank you Szooz, yes I see what you mean by 'bulky' rhyming, I plan on doing it up and posting it again soon.
:)
Thanks for the kind words

Hi Pinda,
you had a message to get across. You spoke the truth.
Job done, I would say.
Brilliant message.
Jenny.
