Introducing the truest voice of Detroit, it's who else but me fool.
Don't let the foolishness they feed you, on T.V. mislead you.
Don't let the magazines, and them papers out there decieve you.
Just keep your head up high and see there face when you come through.
So do what you have to do, just never follow what I do.
Because I spit rap lines that stick in your mind like super glue.
I'm the message of the people, the prophecy of the needle.
Keep my hand high like the Sikh guru, with his golden eagle.
Now a glance from a hater of rap will think my last line was about a gun.
Think the first verse was about gang wars under the liquid sun.
Just because I'm a rapper doesn't mean I commit a hit and run.
I am the voice of a kindly God, known as Allah in my eyes.
Now hold on a second before you start to criticise.
In my business, my religion.
Depart from that state.
And become my grand witness.
That I say my voice is the truth.
And every word I rap will forever,
Echo in the sound of the booth.

wow, this is powerful stuff! Really liked the 'truth' in this piece, no pun intended :)
My favourite lines;
'Because I spit rap lines that stick in your mind like super glue.'
'I'm the message of the people, the prophecy of the needle.'
'Keep my hand high like the Sikh guru, with his golden eagle.'
This piece defiantly stuck in my mind.
Best wishes
Beeme x
P.s Keep writing your raps, they are very true and appealing.
