Lupins bloomin’
In June
Aside traveled
Gravel roads
Shaded purple
And reddish-white
Clustered in
Friendly clumps
Jellyfish bump
And bob like
Those bumper cars
At the carnival
Tangerine faces
Bloated and floating
String-fingers that
Linger and dangle
A spaghetti jangle.
