and worth three dollars, too

Also, there's dark carpeting
paced by a criminal mind-alterer
(with a bad back:
a little scared
and still in some pain,)
a dangerous denier of Demokrussy, Kurranssy, and the other approved Gods,
a "corrupter of youth,"
a dirty and noisome gad-fly
deserving jail, probation serf-dom,
