We move, imperceptibly
to the music;
my hands behind your heart,
as it races ahead of the beat.
Your arms around my neck,
your breath sending ripples
of pleasure down my spine;
eyes closed on my shoulder.
I breathe the scent of you;
passion's musk, made
heady by anticipation.
Drawing back my face,
I sense your lips part,
My heart whispers
... 'I Love You'.....
Your eyes, through
half closed, heavy lids
and your lips, as they
lay gently on mine,
reciprocate.
