it will pull your mind away from today
it twist your tongue to wire
It will close your ears like envelopes
and
place sunglasses upon your heart

Beware of the ego
it will fuck you raw
you must hold it still
often you must ignore it
and other times
you must let it run free
in the field

My ego fell out once, but I picked it up from the mucky black puddle it feel in, ga\/e it a wash and we'\/e been fine e\/er since.
