Whatever views one holds as to the rights or wrongs of such involvement, the stark reality is, that 453 British souls were lost, along with an unrecorded number of Afghanistans', and as many families...wives, husbands, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, friends, left to deal, alone, with the aftermath. At the very least...a prayer for them?
