So I am struck by our love..

So I am struck by our love.
Looking at your innocent face
as you sleep, slowly inhaling
a sense of security for me.
If rose buds can answer my
prayers, then let this love forever
blossom in our hearts. My eyes
are hanging onto the light of the lamp
and open wide to the light of dawn.
And I can not let them shut to dream
because I am scared that if I sleep our
paradise could become a nightmare?
