tolerance
honesty
the past
streaming through
thoughts
future is
unimportant
now is breathing
in body
contemplation and
concern
characteristics
of
ageing

I like this, Pia...None of us is exempt from this, unfortunately, or fortunately, as some may say;-)

The layout works well, and lends a kind of doggedness to the whole thing. Well done!
