Let's swap stories
I have an ace what do you have?
Is it horror, gruesome or just the ordinary?
You can start I am all ears I will say umm in all the right places
and when you have done I will pass you my box of tissues...
Your silence is frightening a solution is needed
a stiff drink may help to start your narrative,
take a sip relax and let forth
let rip tell me your boring story
Oh my, you had so many aces stuffed up your sleeve
how awful what a struggle what an uphill battle
But it's my turn now, my moment will you listen
of course I will not lie, embellish or decorate
and yes I listen to the news with the sound turned down
how else can I select what I would like to hear
sounds that shape reflect the aces in my hand
So on the left side there were two aces
and on the right there were three
somewhere stuck in the middle
was a voice I called god but do you know
I think really it was only me

Well the aces aren't actual aces so it doesn't matter! :)
Thanks fatboy it was my therapy for the day :) I am reading 'the dice man' at the moment, it's a really funny book. Glad someone appreciates my stuff !! ha ha but you do wonder don't you how much the past dictates your future.
