Othello (Inspiration Point)

from the ABC set Birds, Bees and Butteflies

Everything was
never simply black on white.
No. You will find that

the writing on the wall was
scrawled in Jealousy's green ink.

Magic...the inspiration point was difficult enough, but you set yourself additional hurdles to jump...and have achieved both goals, admirably.

Stunning you're back with a bang, Magic. I absolutely adore this one :) I love this phrase 'black on white.'

MistakenMagic | November 27, 2009 - 17:57

Hey Beeme! I'm seriously happy you think so! 'Black on white' was used to obviously demonstrate black ink on a white page - but also a reference to the sexuality between the black Othello and white Desdemona.

Also just wanted to let you all know that today I received word from Oxford University and they've called me for interview! It'll be next Monday! I'm nervous already!

My favourite Shakespeare play and my favourite IP entry so far - I 'LOVE it!' too:) And my congrats and best of luck for the Ox interview too (what course and at what college are you going for?), even though, again, I'm sure you'll ace it - and certainly any written tasks!
Thanks,
:)
