wow, this is great, a new war
look at it, so shiny and bright, i'm really going to enjoy this war
the last war was crap, all that killing and shit, and it got all confusing, at first i thought we were the good guys and the other side the bad guys, then little children, dogs and kittens all got blown up and i got confused
but this war is simple, we're good, the other side is bad
no kittens will be harmed
the dogs are on our side
the last war stank of death and betrayal; this war smells of cheese and chocolate, with a faint odour of scotch if you're that way inclined
the last war let our army down, this war will make them proud, make us proud
the last war cost us face and money, this war will make britain great again, and they'll be change from a tenner
did i mention that the dogs and kittens are on our side
i'm going to go now, i have to fill the passing tanks with rose petals and cheer 40,000 hurrahs from the rooftops

I am happy we have the dogs, it is good that you mentioned that.

Don't you get all Libya-than-thou, Mister so-called Oblong ;)
Yes, it looks as if we're due for another war and, as you say, this will be quite, quite different from all the others. I'm always on the side of the kittens. Thanks for the read.

Thanks Skunk and something. I'm actually not against the UN action in Libya, just a little bit worried by the media coverage and resultant attitudes in certain sections of the population. War can be a necessary evil, it's never the shiny kittens it's often portrayed as. WHo'd shine a kitten?????

Gadaffi.

Yes those embarrassing pictures of Blair polishing cats with Gadaffi are going to come back to haunt him
