fleas

Nineteen/twenty in july, first generation Canadian since family moved from Germany...etcetc and I've ~destroyed a lot of my work in the last few years out of feeling it was pretentious. I'm trying not to do that anymore. The last book I read was by Anthony Burgess, my favourite author is Robertson Davies, and I approach writing in the same manner as Thomas Harris- with ~~angst~~. I'm an erratic aspie. I'm currently working on a story titled Nihilism: Life is Meaningless, But I Really Do Enjoy Cheeseburgers (which actually has nothing to do with cheeseburgers) and it's making me want to bludgeon myself.
