We can't escape into dreams all the time, but some don't seem to know how to cope with the pressures without 'losing it', and increasing the aggro and dangers around for eveyone else.

You could probably feel the same in many inner cities. It is easy though to be generic, I think those sacrificial city mission workers and volunteers have some treasure stories to report as well as the big lows and deep concerns. Rhiannon
