The Reclamation Of Self

A Statement Of Truth And Consciousness: Humanity And The Reclamation Of Self

Or

A 1000 Year Manifesto

For those of you who feel lost, we have a map

For those of you who feel directionless, we have a compass

For those of you who feel about to fall, we have a net to place between you and the abyss

The history of man lacks any and all relevance. Discount it, for it is in-credible.  What went before is as water that passed between unknown rocks, in an unknown place at an unknown time.  I call on you to open your eyes and see the New Reality.

You will no doubt believe that you live in a free society based on democratic consensus, that your suffrage matters and that you are a being of influence.  I have to tell you those beliefs are based on lies.

The shackles of the poor were broken with the birth of socialism’.  We have food banks and Wonga’s usury.  ‘The privilege of the few has been replaced by a meritocracy of the many’.  We see ‘Bullingdon Club’ on the CVs of our controllers.  ‘There exists a fair and equitable access to hospitals and schools’.  Arbitrary wealth buys entry to exclusive education and private healthcare.

Let these deceits be exposed by the capacity of your intelligence.  It is only possible to understand the truth and win consciousness through the faculty of your intellect.  Enlightenment cannot be gained while you remain in compliance with the warped consensus of a deluded and duped commonality.

Your current contentment is merely a conception implanted in you by your controllers to conclude your regimentation and containment.  That this contentment is born of nothing more than conjurors’ trickery is now laid bare - you can see it in the proof that surrounds you.  But do not be afraid of what you are beginning to discern; the corpses of the slain, the hunger of the many, the illiteracy of the children, the poverty of the elderly; because this nascent understanding of what is real and what is not marks the beginning of your journey.  The journey of The Reclamation Of Self.

Self is the only trustworthy concept available to you.  It can now, for the first time, be alloyed with something that is its opposite and its equal - The New Technology – this amalgam of Self with System can move you from the reliance of captivity to the empowerment of self-determination.  Only in this New Circumstance will you be able to achieve what your controllers have thus far sought to deny you - the immunity of Self and the potential for your self-actualisation.

A gateway to your transformation from subjugation to liberty has opened.  It is now possible to rely on Self; to become an individual of influence and equal worth in a free, fair and meritocratic system.

Step through the gateway and join us.  Your controllers are already eyeing it and conspiring to seize the keys.  It will not remain open for long.

I like how you are developing this scratch. Freedom through the Internet?

Parson Thru

I now need to get a shovel...thats how deep you have gone Scratch.

^^ Ha, Jolono, I'm apalled at you - giving up before you've amalgamated Self and System in the New Circumstance. At least give this a crack and hang on to your keys before they slam it closed.

A very persuasive voice, Scratch. I'm in.

sounds like fighting talk.

He he!  laugh  Thanks you lot!  I have to write a 'Writer's Manifesto' (many precedents by famous writers exist surprisingly) for an assignment due in November sometime.  so I writ this yesterday and have been playing around with it.  'Freedom exists in the net' now there's a paradox eh?  wanted to offer a futurist approach as my starting point.  It's been quite interesting - I'm actually starting to believe my own bullishit.  Lol.

I'm reading this on the train ride home and plan on rallying my fellow passengers into action. Once I am thrown off the train for interrupting their naps and/or Youtube viewing I will feel alone and dispondant knowing I have failed you, dear scratch. But try I must!

You must try dear Huds!

Interesting. Is self always the same? I planned about a year ago to start an online blogjournal with the opening lines ' I'm Elsie, I'm 56 and I know two things about myself, my name and my address.' Realised months later that this was incorrect as I also knew my age! All very philosophical. Keep on with it,smiley

Thanks elsie laugh
