Ahhh West and Weewaxation!

And no Wabbits..

I’m on wacation .. I mean vacation this week! My wife and I have been looking at RV’s for a couple of years now. We like the 5th wheel layout for its larger interior space. Downside is the need to purchase a substantial pick up truck to tow the beast. I’ll need to see a remarkable improvement in this selection of investments to finance the above of course. While waiting for that we arranged for a rental unit to be delivered and set up and a site in Indiana. Nice little place on the Ohio river with a nearby golf course for me and a casino for her. Mask mandates have been lifted in the past couple of weeks and life is taking on a more normalish aspect. 

I was hopeful for a bit of a turn around, but that did not materialize this week. The long time leader FUAPF continued it’s decline with a jarring 48 dollar loss! I don’t see any obvious news to explain it other than the mere fact that this is how the carrot crumbles in this sort of thing. Some shuffling around at the bottom of the stack where my favorite little micro penny, WHEN has lost 80 percent of the almost nothing it started at. High Tide is still hangin tough in the lead after taking a very minor loss on the week. I am encouraged that the uplist to a major trading board looks like it may be a sustained benefit. At this point, not only is the portfolio below the half loss point, half the positions are below 50 percent loss. Seven of which are down over 70 percent!

I still think there are a few winners waiting in the wings. The overall market appears to be in a sluggish recovery and the bottom of the barrel will tend to lag any rebound. At least that’s my story and I’m sticking to it...
