Please read the following carefully. We've tried to keep it as straightforward as possible!
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US. When you use ABCtales, you’re likely to give us two types of personal information: “Account Information” such as your name and email address (see “What we collect from you and how we do it” below) and we need this to run your account. The other type is “Account Content” which is information you choose to upload to your account. In relation to any personal data in your Account Information, Burgeon Creative Ideas Ltd ("we") will be the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). In relation to your Account Content, since it’ll be you rather than us who will generally decide what you add to your account and how you use it, we won’t normally be a data controller in respect of that information.
We are based at Barne House, Dry Lane, Christow, Exeter EX6 7PE. If you ever want to get in touch with us about your personal data or privacy, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU. We may record details of your visits to the site. We do this so we can see how well ABCtales is working and what needs improving. We collect information such as your IP address, the type of browser or operating system you’re using, your location, and the pages you visit. We also receive data from the computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access ABCtales too.
3. USES MADE OF INFORMATION
We use your Account Information in the following ways:
To ensure that your ABCtales works in the best way possible for you.

To notify you about any changes to our service.
We will only use or process your Account Content if you ask us to, e.g. if you want to share any content.
4. DO YOU EVER SHARE MY PERSONAL DATA?
We will never disclose your personal data to any third parties, advertisers, or anyone else except in the circumstances set out in this section. By subscribing to ABCtales you give us your consent to disclose your personal information in the ways set out below. If you don’t agree to this, we’re sorry but you can’t use ABCtales.
We use a number of trusted suppliers and service providers to help provide our service to you. For example, we currently use Website Development Ltd to operate our servers. We may need to disclose your personal data to them but will only do so to the extent that it is necessary for them to be able provide the services we, and you, require.
We may also disclose your personal information:
In the event that we sell ABCtales (or substantially all of its assets), in which case we may disclose your personal data to the buyer so they can continue providing you with the ABCtales service; and
to protect the rights, property, or safety of Burgeon Creative Ideas Ltd, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers operated by our trusted providers.
Currently all the providers we use are all located within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) but this may change in the future. Rest assured, we’ll let you know of any change to our arrangements in this respect. By submitting your personal data, you agree to it being transferred to, stored and processed outside the EEA for the purposes of providing you with your ABCtales account.
