Coming Into London From Over the Pole!

Flying in a big airliner

Chickens flyin' everywhere around the plane

Could we ever feel much finer?

Well represented and diverse in form, dripping with potential is the pot stock sector. You know for a plant that is still illegal, there sure is a bunch of above board economic activity going on. Probably be more if the political powers that be ever decide to grow a pair and face up to their own failure to allow adults to make their own adult decisions about what they choose to do or not do. I recall then president Obama once being asked a question about the legalization issue. He responded with a half chuckle to the effect that we had bigger things to worry about. I disagree, and I thought the answer was short sighted and disrespectful. The human and economic toll taken by this ongoing, failed attempt to regulate adult behavior represents a significant impediment to our society. This isn’t a joke, people are still losing their futures and in some cases their lives over a plant that grows up out of the earth and causes, at worst, minimal harm to those who partake. The origins of this prohibition are the same as the last one. Ignorance, racial prejudice, and the desire of those who consider themselves the elite to control the behavior of the groveling masses while indulging their own perverse pleasures at will.

I have in my main investment portfolio several straight up cannabis producers. These are mainly adjunctive in nature.

GREENGRO TECHNOLOGIES INC (GRNH) https://greengrotech.com/

As the name would suggest, this company supplies equipment needed to operate the grow operation. Naturally this is adaptable to any green leafy plant, they do lean strongly toward the hemp/cannabis sector. Currently down 32% from my buy price and dropping 4 places to 9th in the ranking this week I’m hopeful the new Spring season will be fruitful!

MEDICAL CANNABIS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS (REFG) https://paywithgo.com/

Being illegal at the federal level has a huge impact on the ability of companies to transact their financial activity in a normal orderly fashion. Banks are prohibited from accepting “drug” money and so most business is handled in cash. Lots of cash, with all the added costs and hazards that entails. Providing safe, secure, compliant business transactions is crucial to growing the industry. Now down over 47% and losing a spot to #15, I’ll give them credit for having the right idea and wait for this one to blossom!

SINGLEPOINT INC (SINGD) https://www.singlepoint.com/news-events/press-release/singlepoint-announces-effectiveness-of-reverse-stock-split-and-spin-off-of-1606-corp/

This is primarily a residential/commercial solar power systems provider. The link above can provide greater detail but basically they have a couple of side gigs going on which they are in the process of sorting out. Their 1606 segment has it’s focus in the retail hemp/CBD/cannabis area. Remaining steady in the #17 slot I’m down and 50% here. Sunny days are coming, bet your bottom dollar.

GLOBAL CANNABIS APPLICATIONS CORP (FUAPF) https://cannappscorp.com/

Our current leader on the board has maintained the #1 position for several weeks and shows no sign of relinquishing it’s lead anytime soon! Up almost 25%, one of only two remaining positive investments in the game at this time.

HIGH TIDE INC (HITIF) https://hightideinc.com/

High Tide (subtle right?) is a retail outlet for recreational cannabis consumption. Holding unchanged at #3 it did slip into the negative this week. Certainly this must be the natural ebb and flow of the market.

MEGOLA INC (MGON) https://alo-gem.com/

Another mixed bag of product offerings, CBD hemp extract, coffee, and the soon to be world famous (you heard it here first, tell your friends) The Stink Genie! Hey click the link, look it up.. Down 67% but rising up from the cellar to #19, someone could maybe plug that Genie in?
