by posting stories to the site you are giving permission for them to be published on the site even though you retain copyright. I assume the same goes for posts. don't worry though Stu, nobody reads old threads so if you simply cease trading here you won't be here as cyberspace virtualy exists but doesn't really exist, not in the same sense as paper documents.

Stuart, You haven't answered my question. In my view, the very least you'd need to do if you want all your posts removed is send the site administrators a list of all the posts that you claim are yours. After that, you'd have the task of proving that you genuinely are the author of these posts.

Staples: I think if you bothered to read the WRITING on this site you'd find a lot of it's rather good and that there's a lot of new, talented people from all over the world participating. Some of it clearly isn't brilliant but that doesn't matter, it's the ethos of the site to give everyone their say. Also the DISCUSSION GROUPS are mostly balanced and lively discussions about a whole range of issues many of which are to do with books and writing. If you don't make provocative posts like this one you won't get personal abuse, though you're obviously not averse to dishing it out.
