ABCTales February newsletter

Dear ABCtales member,

Two newsletters in two weeks! It's almost a record.

I am very pleased to be able to tell you that we have rebuilt the ABCtales site so that it is more secure and far faster than the old one. It has a search engine that works really well, a new ratings system and a host of other bits and pieces that are designed to make your experience at ABCtales even better.

We have a new technology company, the wonderful Computer Minds
(http://www.computerminds.co.uk) working with us and we are all very keen to make ABCtales even better. We are a community site and we listen very carefully to the views of our members. If you are a new or old member of ABCtales your ideas are very special to us. Tell us what you want out of the site and we will do all we can to make it happen. There's an excellent Discussion Forum thread already going on the issue and we welcome your input. Go to it directly here:

I'd also like to remind you of our entirely new site for readers at http://www.booktribes.com . As an ABCtales member all you have to do to log on is add @abctales.com to your existing username and use your ABCtales password. We're already getting a thriving community going with some great recommendations for books, some excellent reviews, a lot of vital news for the reading community and much much more. Just go along to booktribes and register for it all to unfold before your eyes.

All of this is free to all of you - but donations are always very welcome to keep us going. Just click on the link on the ABCtales front page to do so. You could also buy one of our wonderful ABCtales mugs - the link is clear to see at the bottom right hand side of the home page.

Yours,
Tony Cook and the ABCtales.com team
