Quark Xpress

Not a decent topic for discussion really, but I just wanted to say...

I love Quark Xpress. I love Quark Xpress. I love Quark Xpress.
It's such a clever package and it's soooooooooo good to have it back after faffing about with the limitations of Word for so long.

Did you know that if you're a student or you have a student living in the house (and if you're buying it for them, obv... *coughs*) you can get it cheap?

I love Quark too though it's tricky at first. I did a journalism course so needed to learn it. Did you know you can (illegally) download for free! One of my classmates did it and hey presto we all had quark. nobody

Quark is great, yes. It's the only program I've been able to lay my hands on that allows you to combine pictures and words. Generally speaking, all word processors cave and crash if you put in too many pictures, while all picture programs crumble under the weight of too many words (and also can't do pages).
