Ian McEwan

I thought some folks might be interested to know that the New York Times web site (www.nytimes.com) has an article and a retrospective of some old reviews of McEwan's books. Evidently, the Sunday book review section had his picture on the front and the feature article was about Atonement.

All of this is available on the web site (free registration required).

I've read Atonement and found my impressions very similar to the reviewers. Nothing startling in the article, I just found this interesting as I've been out of the country for 7 years and was unaware that McEwan is even known in the U.S. (doah).
