Bob Geldof: Saint or Sinner..

Dea All

Bob Geldof is playing my gaff next Thursday (5th Dec) in a gig to be recorded by the BBC.

Now, I am a huge fan of Bob, I love the way he can cut through the crap and really get to the point of things. He can make the most jumped up politican, journalist or Daily Mail talk radio addicted nutcase understand issues and really listen.

What do you think of him? He is no angel I know, but without the likes of him,Tony Benn or Germaine Greer the worl would be a duller less informed place.

Your thoughts.

Bob Geldof at the UCL Bloomsbury on Thursday 5th December, tickets £17.50.

Indeed Faithless, but sometimes, just sometimes they can still cut the mustard. As for All Saints, they were marvelous were they not? Ralph (does jig)

well i admire their tenacity..clinging on for dear life to their grand narratives despite the whorls and dips of time...i used to be an avid tony benn follower..and i still admire germaine's politics of fertility..and bob..well i think he manages to accrue wealth and then berate others less wealthy for their lack of unshaven invective-laden concern...but i wish em all the best...really i do. and all saints cut my mustard many times. (ed. that's enough of that thank you)

Not exactly a saint (who is?), but a top guy nevertheless. Ditto T Benn and Ms Greer.
