Hearing Eye launches new website

Hearing Eye began in 1987 with the publication of a book by John Heath-Stubbs, with illustrations by Emily Johns. Since then we have published over 100 books by mainly contemporary poets.

Every week we have poetry readings at the Torriano Meeting House, Kentish Town and events in bookshops, where you can follow our activities. If you have any comment we might be able to have the author answer you.

We are a small independent publisher so if you want us to continue please buy our books. The reason we are setting up this book site is because the bookshops are controlled by the chains and they are not interested in new independent writing.

The site is at: http://www.hearingeye.org
