Shoot Me If ...
... you EVER see me in one of those beige mac type coats that make old ladies indistinguishable from one another ...
and shoot me if you ever see me sat at the back of a bus with a coiled cauliflower hairdo, muttering about how it is too coldtoohottoocoldtoohot...
*loads gun*
(you never know!)
*orders artist's rendendation for wanted poster just in case*
actually saw a youngish man (is 30s youngish?) at a meeting the other day, wearing one of those, he kept it on all through the meeting.....
didn't have my shot gun handy, forgot to put it on the agenda...
Does my black german army coat count for the firing squad? I was under the impression that it's come back into fashion, but I may just look like a road protester.
It's black. It's a German army coat. It has a little badge of Rosie The Riviter on the left pocket flap which says 'We Can Do It!'.
Come on coat police, am I up against the wall or king of the hill?
that seems to be perfectly acceptable attire, it's the beige, and the long belt on those macs which causes this outbreak of assasination
mmm... know anyone that wears a mac like that Mark?
I can tell you that Tav, the erstwhile Techie, turned up at the office recently wearing a beige mack.
I promptly christened him 'Morcombe'.
Which I'm sure was a defining moment in our professional relationship.
ah yes, that was it.. tav the mac...
but is a mac like that really grounds for assassination... or, should there be other factors? Thin "*dont trust me* wrists for example?.... know anyone else like that Mark?
I would have no idea of what you talk about Liana...
Back to coats, who out there ever owned a Capri or similar ski jacket, with flourescent panels? If so why, and do you still where it?
where it?
Of course you dont Mark....
Capri? I thought that was a car? People who drive those need shooting, certainly...
I have the king of all colds squating inside of my head holding court at the moment, so speeling may have to be excused...
If you could imagine a shell suit for skiing in, but with some kind of design on the back, maybe of someone skiing, sone in that puffy fabric paint. they were all the rage in newcastle for about a year at the cusp of the nineties.
