ABCtales events in York and London March 19 and 20

Dear ABCtalers,

We're holding two ABCtales evenings in March. On Tuesday 19th March we'll be upstairs at The Black Swan, 23 Peasholme Green, York, North Yorkshire YO1 7PR. We start at 7.00 pm and aim to be finished by 9.30 ish! Entry is £4 (£2 concessions) with all profits going to The Railway Children charity.

On Wednesday 20th March we will be in our usual London venue, the Wheatsheaf, 25 Rathbone Place,London W1T 1JB. Again we will start at 7.00 pm and aim to finish by around 9.30. Entry is £4 (£2 concessions) with all profits going to The Railway Children charity.

If anyone would like to read at either event please let me know as soon as possible. Email me at tcook@abctales.com. Preference is always given to those who have not read before.

These are friendly and supportive occasions. Do try and come along and bring some friends - the more, the merrier. They are also shockingly good - the quality of the writing and the reading always astounds me. If you haven't been before then do come along for a great evening!

CRITIQUING:

Those of you who have tried Lorraine Mace's service come back with rave reviews. It does cost - but compare it with other offers and it comes out very well. Lorraine is an excellent person to critique your work professionally. Full details are here:

FACEBOOK AND TWITTER

If you follow us already then please ask all of your other 'friends' to 'like' us too. It's a great way of helping us to build traffic, which gives your pieces more reads and better feedback.

If you don't, then please do! On Facebook we're at ABCtales.com and on Twitter @tcookabctales

You get a great reading recommendation most days - and nothing else.

I do hope to see you in either London or York.

Regards,
Tony Cook.
