Different publishing medias

I have just about finished what resembles a film script but could be a novel. I wa sthinking of creating it in to a cartoon novel type book, but with a solid story and to an extent dark humour. By doing it this way i think i acn convey what i really want the reaer to feel.I think books like this sell very well on the continent and the usa especially if its some kind of issue or story that people over the world can relate to. Think this is a good idea any idea how much it would cost to get a cartoonist to work on a project like this and where to find one.
