... ahem, well seeing as I'm the only one here I'll try and explain. You, as a writer, can put your work on this site for free. The way you organise it is by making sets. You might have a set of poems; a different set of short stories; another could be chapters of a book or you might have just one set for everything. It's entirely up to you. You can have as many sets as you like depending on how you want to show your work. Why these letters? well why not? They're the currency in which we spend the stories we've been saving up for a rainy day and ABCTales is as dependable as Manchester to a would-be writer. It's always raining here. Don't worry too much about making each story or poem or chapter or diary entry begin with a certain letter just think of them as files in a set. "A: chapter one", "B: chapter two" if you like. Name them as you see fit but assign each to a letter in a set and have as many sets as you like. More than 26 bits to a set? open another! Simple really. Other than that there is this general discussion thingy and other thingies as you've no doubt seen on the way here. This is a community and you're always welcome whether you write or read or chat or all three. ... unless you're some kind of weirdo then we have a special way of finding out who you are and call at your house in the night with a hammer, a rusty nail and a new and unexpected use for the OED!
