The most important meal fo the day. What do you guys have, me.

big bowl of organic porridge
piece of fruit
3 glasses of water

on a saturday and sunday a Scottish fry up. Organic eggs, potatoe scones tomato, mushrooms onions, sometimes a piece of square sausage piece of bacon Irish soda bread to mop the egg and tomatoe of the plate and brown sauce and of course all fried in olive oil....apart from the brown sauce of course

Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri, a five item fry up at Uni before classes. Thats all I eat for the whole day. Weds, Sat and Sun when Im at home, toast or crumpets.
