Cremaster Cycle

Saw Cremaster 3 last wednesday and though I should come and do my bit publicising it. It's showing at the Rizzy cinema in Brixton for a while, along with the other 4 in the cycle. OK, so it's over 3 hours long, and it's one of those dreaded 'art films', but it's never dull or pretentious.
Massive budget, huge sets, great costumes and lots of amazing images (the modern cars dancing round one another to crush the old one in the middle was great).
It's like a much longer version of that moment in a film where the plot hasn't been made painfully obvious yet. Shame about that last third though, which went a bit...silly. I liked the half-woman half-cheeta though.

Anyone else seen it?

Sounds bizarre. Is this a real movie or did you just make it up?

Nope, it's a real movie. There's been a bit about it in the odd newspaper, but not enough!
