I know how you feel. The good news is - its not only you. I guess we've waited this long, I'm sure they'll have it sorted soon. I've taken up knitting whilst abc as been down and I've already clothed most of my family! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people of abctales for helping me to extend my skill base. Does anyone want a nice scarf knitting for the winter months (-; sneak

I have tried ABRACADABRA, Open Sesame etc. but nothing works. Perhaps we should heed the Poet's advice: "Abandon hope ye who try to enter..."

Fear not Trish for I have cardigans a plenty. Whilst awaiting the re-vamped abctales I have opened a chain of knitting establishments across the country and, judging by the current state of affairs, I shall be branching out across Europe in the very near future. I'm kinda hoping that abc take a little longer in their efforts to 're-vamp' us as my business is doing extremely well. I had never realised how much my crap writing had been holding me back all these years. It makes me proud to think that when we finally get sorted and we're all posting our latest efforts and chatting away on the forums that many of you will be wearing my latest knitted creations. This is indeed a very special time for both me and my pet hamster Ruby. Thanks for taking an interest in my knit wear fashion house. I have many designs that will both dazzle and delight you. My autumn/winter 2003 collection can be found by visiting www.i_aint_got_nuffin_to_do_since_abc_revamped.com Best Regards, sneak

Dearest Sneak Could you knit me a jumper with the words 'ABC Tales! Where are you?' On the front would be nice. Please Ralph

Dearest Ralph, Consider your request in the pipeline. I have been knitting like a mad man over the past few weeks and will hopefully be using my new found skills to clothe the many poets who, through no fault of their own, have found themselves cast (pun intended) into the wilderness. 'Frankie' had so much to say in the 80's with their slogan style T-Shirts, but 'Sneaky' has so much more to say in the noughties with his high quality knit-wear! Forget 'Choose Life' Sneaky says, 'Choose anything but ABC' - No, I don't mean that. I'm sure it will all get sorted in the end. I am surprised about the lack of information on the front page though. If it wasn't for my fellow abcers I'd be completely in the dark. I suggest we all huddle together and face a long, cold, unpoetical winter together. Does anyone have any matches?

Whew! I thought it was just me. I logged on again after a long absence to discover I couldn't access or even find any of my pieces and read the above message more times than I care to remember. I also can't seem to find a search feature. Come back, the old abctales with your trivial formatting errors, all is forgiven!

I refere you to an earlier post Mr. Eric - Re: How to do an author search Author: sneak (---.in-addr.btopenworld.com) Date: 11-07-03 11:40 Mmm, this is indeed quite a problem. In desperation, I myself, have taken to using the services of a local medium. I tested her abilities by asking her to search for ‘Sneak’ – She laughed, ‘That useless excuse for a poet! He’s crap!’ – She’s bloody good. sneak
